New features and improvements

• The version numbering of the web service (RespaManager) is changing. From now on, the version number will begin with the release year and month, for example, 26.10.
• The Arrived visitors page now loads faster. By default, the page displays visits from the last 30 days, and the search filters, including date range options, are always visible.
• When exporting past visits, each visitor is now listed only once, even if a group has multiple hosts.
• We added a new setting to the AbloyOS integration that allows a person to be assigned to a sub-organization only. If needed, please contact our support team at support@systam.fi.
• Description text in calendar invitations now wraps correctly in calendar applications.
• We updated the web service's software components to improve security and reliability.

Bug fixes

• Microsoft sign-in (SSO) now works again in Chrome and Edge browsers.
• The Expected visitors page no longer logs out administrators or hosts, and no longer displays an error when sign-in is disabled.
• The message template's sender information no longer accumulates in the message body when the template is saved without a subject. Characters are no longer missing from the beginning of emergency notifications.

• Visitor information is now matched with existing visitor records only when the email address, phone number, or company matches. A name alone is no longer sufficient, preventing visitors with the same name from being mixed up.
• Self-service kiosks are now more stable, even during extended periods of use, thanks to significantly reduced memory usage.
• Videos play more smoothly thanks to an improved video playback system.
• Sign-in processing is now faster, especially for large groups.
• Instructions for taking a visitor photo are only displayed when photo capture is available.
• Improved support for reading Italian ID cards.
• Updated software components and improved the security of the Pass induction window.

Bug fixes

• A frozen camera no longer prevents visitors from signing in. If the camera does not respond, sign-in continues without a photo.
• The self-service kiosk no longer crashes if buttons are tapped while a video is loading.
• Group sign-in is no longer interrupted when buttons are tapped rapidly in succession.
• Language switching now works correctly, and the on-screen keyboard no longer freezes or enters incorrect characters.
• Returning from passport scanning to QR code selection no longer leaves the visitor stuck on the passport scanning screen.
• Fixed issues related to visitor badge printing and image attachments in arrival notifications. Visitor photos and additional information are now printed correctly on badges.
• Minor visual and usability improvements.

New features and improvements

• We completely redesigned the Systam Pass user interface and visual appearance. We moved navigation to the left-hand side, in line with other Systam services, and simplified the views to make everyday use easier and more efficient.
• We also updated the appearance of reports generated by Pass and emails sent by the service to match the new design.
• We added the option to update your organization's logo directly under Management > Systam settings.
• We introduced a new Dashboard view that brings key statistics on inductions and other content together in one place. You can track invitations, completions, pass rates, performance trends, and the most challenging questions over a selected period.
• We improved user management by introducing five access levels, allowing administrators to assign permissions based on each user's responsibilities. We also added the option to set expiration dates for user accounts.
• We redesigned the Completions view to make it faster and easier to review individual completion records and track each person's progress.
• We introduced a new content editor and improved question management to make maintaining induction content easier.
• We significantly upgraded the technical foundation of Pass to improve performance and efficiency and support future development.

New features and improvements

• We have removed the option to edit the SMS sender name from the web service (RespaManager). Going forward, any requests to change the sender name should be sent to our customer support at support@systam.io.
• We have standardized the sender name of SMS messages sent from our service to Systam. This change does not affect customer-specific sender names.
• If a title or position has been assigned to a host in the Systam Visit service, or imported via an automatic data transfer, it will be visible in the web service (RespaManager) to reception staff using officer user credentials.

• The previous Users view has been completely redesigned and is now called Completions. It provides significantly more tools for managing completions and performers
• The reporting page has been extensively improved to better meet your needs. It now provides a clearer view of your data and a smoother reporting experience.
• Individual users can be granted more specific (granular) permissions regardless of their role level. This enables much more flexible access management for different needs.
• We added support for bulk image import, allowing PowerPoint slides to be imported into onboarding content in larger batches more easily than before. This provides a fast way to create clear, paginated content without manual editing.
• All views in the Pass service have been refined for greater clarity, smoother use, and an overall better user experience through many small and larger improvements. At the same time, the service has received a more modern look, and performance has been optimized across the board.
• Yes — dark mode is now available as well. You can find it in the top-right corner under your name by clicking Dark mode.

New features and improvements

• In the Users menu, you can now find an Extended search option in the search field in the upper right corner to search more accurately for individual performers or, for example, performers from a specific company.
• When you see a list of performers, you can hover your mouse over a performer’s name to open a pop-up window showing more detailed information about the performer and their approved completions.
• When reviewing the completions of a specific induction content, you can now also list inductions by user.

New features and improvements

• We’ve enabled a feature that allows your visitors to return on the same day without creating a new visit. When the visitor signs out at the self-service kiosk, they are informed about the possibility to sign back in later the same day using the same badge. The feature is enabled per customer. If needed, please contact our support at support@systam.io.
• Small improvements to their appearance and usability and some bug fixes.

• We have introduced more secure password policies to the web service (RespaManager). New passwords must be at least 12 characters long and include lowercase and uppercase letters, and a number.
• The recipient import now notifies you if the list exceeds the recipient limit.
• We added support for the license plate number field to the visitor export and import functions.

Bug fixes

• We fixed a statistics bug that occurred when viewing multiple profiles simultaneously.
• We corrected the catering calculation formulas – the numbers will no longer be calculated incorrectly.

New features and improvements

• You can define how long participant and completion data is stored in the system. If the defined retention period has passed since a participant’s last completion, the user and all related data will be automatically deleted. You’ll find this feature in the Pass service by clicking the gear icon in the top right corner and selecting Service settings.
