- We’ve enabled a feature that allows your visitors to return on the same day without creating a new visit. When the visitor signs out at the self-service kiosk, they are informed about the possibility to sign back in later the same day using the same badge. The feature is enabled per customer. If needed, please contact our support at support@systam.io.

Bug fixes
- We fixed a pesky bug that sometimes caused the end date to be missing on multi-day visitor badges. Now it prints correctly.

Bug fixes
- The “Call in an assistant” button, found via the Help button on the kiosks, did not always function as expected. We have fixed this, and now guests can request assistance through the button. The button sends a text message to the assistant information specified in the Systam Visit service. You can modify the assistant information in the web service (RespaManager) under Management/Settings/Assistant.

Bug fixes
- The picture of the visitor was not correctly attached to the arrival message sent to the recipient. We have fixed this, and now the picture is included in the message as it should be (if taking a picture of the guest is enabled).

Version 1.19.16.0
New features and improvements
- When a visitor completed the Systam Pass induction on the self-service kiosk, the confirmation screen for a successful completion had an OK button. We removed the button because it was unnecessary, and attempts to press it sometimes caused accidental clicks in the sign-in information on the following screen. After a successful induction, the kiosk now proceeds automatically to continue the sign-in process.
Bug fixes
- The photo of the host (if one was uploaded to the service) did not display correctly to the arriving guest on the final sing-in screen. This has now been fixed.
- For some of our customers, the final sign-in screen displayed the host’s company information twice. This has now been corrected.
