Version 16102024

  • Systam Pass

New features and improvements

  • We have improved the sending of induction invitations in the Systam Visit service. Previously, if an invited guest didn’t show up or complete the induction, the system wouldn’t send a new induction invitation when the guest was invited again later. Now, the invitation is automatically sent again, and even a third time, if the induction is not completed before the visit.

Version 1.13.3.0

  • Systam Visit

New features and improvements

  • We have added a reminder to the email notifying you of incoming guests, that contains your unique invitation address and instructions on how to use it. Using the invite address in calendar invites ensures guests receive a pre-arrival message with instructions and a QR code. The reminder will only appear in the email notifying you of the arrival of guests who have not been invited in advance, in locations where calendar invites are used. It is possible to hide the reminder in locations where guests are not intended to be invited in advance. In such cases, please contact our customer support at support@systam.fi.
  • There is a new setting in the web service (RespaManager) to manage automatic updates of individual host information. When this setting is enabled, the host’s information will be updated based on possible updates from external systems. This setting can be turned off when you want to keep a manually entered email address and/or phone number for notifications of incoming guests. This way, manually set information will not be overwritten by automatic updates. The setting is enabled by default but can be changed in the web service by editing the host’s information.

Bug fixes

  • There was an issue in the web service (RespaManager) where a visit search failed if the total number of visitors from the search results exceeded 500. This has now been fixed, and our search function no longer encounters issues with a large number of visits.

Version 1.19.26.0

  • Systam Visit kiosks

Bug fixes

  • The “Call in an assistant” button, found via the Help button on the kiosks, did not always function as expected. We have fixed this, and now guests can request assistance through the button. The button sends a text message to the assistant information specified in the Systam Visit service. You can modify the assistant information in the web service (RespaManager) under Management/Settings/Assistant.

Version 0.34.5+233

  • Systam Rooms

New features and improvements

  • We increased the amount of diagnostic information available from the devices.

Bug fixes

  • Several fixes and improvements to logging.

Version 1.19.22.0

  • Systam Visit kiosks

Bug fixes

  • The picture of the visitor was not correctly attached to the arrival message sent to the recipient. We have fixed this, and now the picture is included in the message as it should be (if taking a picture of the guest is enabled).

Version 1.19.21.0

  • Systam Visit kiosks

New features and improvement

  • We improved the fault tolerance and overall functionality of the ParkkiPate integration.
  • We sped up the sign-in process for users of the KONE elevator integration.

Bug fixes

  • Minor fixes to the operation of self-service kiosks.

Version 1.12.12.0

  • Systam Visit

Bug fixes

  • Visitor photos (if the feature is enabled) did not load correctly in the web service (RespaManager). We fixed the issue.
  • If only the first name or last name of the guest was known, the view of the web service (RespaManager) for that row could break. That no longer happens.
  • General fixes to the info page displaying today’s visits.

Version 29042024

  • Systam Pass

New features and improvements

  • We improved the review of multilingual content and the user experience of the exam.

Version 0.32.38+223

  • Systam Rooms

New features and improvements

  • New feature: Energy saver! You can now set your displays to go into energy-saving mode outside working hours, saving up to 50% of energy during quiet times. Activate the feature and set your working times in your Systam One Dashboard. See instructions here.
  • Philips’ displays’ have also their own power-saving mode that has caused grey hairs for us and the functionality of the Rooms application. If you have configured the displays to use their own power-saving mode, don’t worry. From now on when a device wakes up from power-saving mode, it connects correctly and reliably to Systam’s services. But we still recommend using our energy saver feature (‘cos it’s way better).
  • We have adjusted the button for confirming a booking from the displays. It previously said “Start booking” but we changed it to “Confirm booking”. Makes sense, right? The requirement to confirm a booking is an optional feature that can be turned on for individual displays from the Systam One Dashboard.
  • And since we’re talking about the Dashboard, we revised the settings menu! We weren’t really happy with the usability of our product settings, so we gathered them all into one place in the main menu and gave them a facelift. Go check it out!

Version 0.30.2+206
