Release notes
Stay ahead with the latest innovations
Our release notes keep you updated on the latest features, improvements, and key changes – all in one clear view.
Version 1.13.21.0
New features and improvements
- The visitor statistics found in the Management section of the Systam Visit web service (RespaManager) have received numerous improvements.
- We changed the types of some charts to make them clearer.
- We added a trend line to the monthly view.
- We introduced a moving average for daily visitors.
- Tables now display both absolute differences and percentages.
- A new shortcut button, Compare with previous year, retrieves data from the same period in the previous year.
- We standardized colors and headings.
- The loading speed of the statistics page has also significantly improved, and we have fixed translation errors as well as clarified the terminology.
- We also added a new chart to facilitate the comparison between registrations made via self-service and front desk personnel.
Version 1.13.19.0
Bug fixes
We fixed a pesky bug in the induction message delivery. Some of our customers with Pass inductions linked to visitor management had extra induction messages sent to invited guests. This issue has now been fixed.
Version 1.13.14.0
New features and improvements
- Password reset can now also be done with officer (front desk) usernames. The password reset link will be sent to the email address associated with the username. If the reset fails, it may be because no email address is linked to the account. In this case, please contact our support. We are happy to help. All password reset links will now expire after a set period of time. The expiration time is listed in the message alongside the link. The purpose of this update is to improve password handling security.
- Visitor licence plates are now visible in the web service’s Arrived visitors and Past visits views. If this is not the case for you, please contact our support so we can check your settings.
- We have improved the email notifications of ending visitor badge rolls. When the visitor badge printer roll is running low, our service sends an automatic notification showing the remaining rolls. If the roll is not replaced in time and runs out, the notification will clearly indicate this both in the subject and the content of the message. (Previously, the message only stated that the rolls were running low, which didn’t make much sense.) The messages also include more detailed information about the device where the roll is running low (or has run out), as well as a direct link to instructions for changing the roll.
- If you use information displays to show visitor data on your premises, multi-company locations can now display visitor information for all companies. Please contact our support if you are interested in information display options.
Bug fixes
- We have made several small bug fixes that improve the reliability of the service.
Version 1.13.9.0
New features and improvements
- The web service (RespaManager) Entra ID single sign-on (SSO) can now be restricted based on whether the person logging in is on the recipient/host list or not. We implement the restriction upon request, and our support team is available to assist at support@systam.fi.
- In Entra ID’s AD transfer, you can now specify whether the recipient’s job title/role is included in the transfer data or not. By default, the job title/role is included, but we can disable it upon request. Our support team is happy to help at support@systam.fi.
Bug fixes
- We fixed a pesky bug in the web service (RespaManager) that prevented some of our customers from signing in guests and printing visitor badges. Thank you for your patience – everything is running smoothly again now!
Version 1.13.6.0
New features and improvements
- Now you can offer a visitor badge to your guests electronically! Activate the new feature that sends a virtual visitor badge to your registered guest via email and/or phone. The badge contains all essential visit information and the guest’s own QR code. You can also provide your guests an easy sign-out option by including a sign-out button in the badge. Offering this button to your guests helps keep your visitor data up to date – while enhancing security and taking even better care of your visitors. You can enable this feature in the Systam Visit web service (RespaManager) under Management/Settings/General settings.
Version 1.13.3.0
New features and improvements
- We have added a reminder to the email notifying you of incoming guests, that contains your unique invitation address and instructions on how to use it. Using the invite address in calendar invites ensures guests receive a pre-arrival message with instructions and a QR code. The reminder will only appear in the email notifying you of the arrival of guests who have not been invited in advance, in locations where calendar invites are used. It is possible to hide the reminder in locations where guests are not intended to be invited in advance. In such cases, please contact our customer support at support@systam.fi.
- There is a new setting in the web service (RespaManager) to manage automatic updates of individual host information. When this setting is enabled, the host’s information will be updated based on possible updates from external systems. This setting can be turned off when you want to keep a manually entered email address and/or phone number for notifications of incoming guests. This way, manually set information will not be overwritten by automatic updates. The setting is enabled by default but can be changed in the web service by editing the host’s information.
Bug fixes
- There was an issue in the web service (RespaManager) where a visit search failed if the total number of visitors from the search results exceeded 500. This has now been fixed, and our search function no longer encounters issues with a large number of visits.
Version 1.12.12.0
Bug fixes
- Visitor photos (if the feature is enabled) did not load correctly in the web service (RespaManager). We fixed the issue.
- If only the first name or last name of the guest was known, the view of the web service (RespaManager) for that row could break. That no longer happens.
- General fixes to the info page displaying today’s visits.
Version 1.12.11.0
New features and improvements
- We have revamped the “Current visitors” view in the Systam Visit web service (RespaManager) for front desk (Officer) users. Previously separate fields (first name, last name, company, host) have now been combined into a more compact and easier-to-read format. The same view now also includes the often-requested license plate field, which shows whether the visitor has entered their license plate number or not. The license plate field is an optional view that can be easily activated by contacting our support at support@systam.fi.
- The ParkkiPate parking integration now allows for the issuance of parking permits also through the Systam Visit web service (RespaManager). The web service also displays whether a permit has been made for each visitor.
Bug fixes
- If a visitor was invited for consecutive days, the links in the advance text messages delivered to the phone number could erroneously lead to the information for the wrong day’s meeting. This has now been corrected, and the links will lead to the visits for the correct day.
Version 1.12.7.0
New features and improvements
- We are pleased to announce a new support widget in the Systam Visit web service (RespaManager). The support widget can be opened by pressing the Help button in the bottom right corner of the web service. With the widget, you can seek help for problems and browse popular guidelines. If you can’t easily find an answer to your question, you can also send a support request through the widget. The widget operates in both Finnish and English.
- We also disabled autocomplete in username and password fields.
Bug fixes
- When an officer user signs a group into the Systam Visit web service (RespaManager), in some cases some guests remained in an “Expected” state for some reason. This has now been fixed, so all group members are signed in.
- A little more information has been added to the “Visitor badges running low” email sent to the assistant to facilitate response to the ending visitor badge roll.
- Improvements have been made to the KoneAccess integration for deactivating cards.
- Other bux fixes
Version 1.12.1.4
New features and improvements
- We have standardized our practices for sender information in emails sent from the Systam Visit service. In the future, all messages coming from our service will be sent from Systam Visit visit@systam.fi. This change is aimed at ensuring even more reliable delivery of our messages and streamlining our procedures.
