New features and improvements
- In the Users menu, you can now find an Extended search option in the search field in the upper right corner to search more accurately for individual performers or, for example, performers from a specific company.
- When you see a list of performers, you can hover your mouse over a performer’s name to open a pop-up window showing more detailed information about the performer and their approved completions.
- When reviewing the completions of a specific induction content, you can now also list inductions by user.

New features and improvements
- We’ve enabled a feature that allows your visitors to return on the same day without creating a new visit. When the visitor signs out at the self-service kiosk, they are informed about the possibility to sign back in later the same day using the same badge. The feature is enabled per customer. - We have introduced more secure password policies to the web service (RespaManager). New passwords must be at least 12 characters long and include lowercase and uppercase letters, and a number.
- The recipient import now notifies you if the list exceeds the recipient limit.
- We added support for the license plate number field to the visitor export and import functions.
Bug fixes
- We fixed a statistics bug that occurred when viewing multiple profiles simultaneously.
- We corrected the catering calculation formulas – the numbers will no longer be calculated incorrectly.

- You can define how long participant and completion data is stored in the system. If the defined retention period has passed since a participant’s last completion, the user and all related data will be automatically deleted. You’ll find this feature in the Pass service by clicking the gear icon in the top right corner and selecting Service settings.

- A new, refreshed look! We updated the login page for the web service (RespaManager) and all colors and fonts to match our new brand.
- The main menu in the user interface is now placed more conveniently on the left side. All familiar functions will remain available just as before. Quick actions will stay in the upper right corner.
- The content and functionality of notifications for guests and recipients will remain the same, but colors, fonts and illustrations are updated to match our new brand.

New features and improvements
- We improved reporting and added a graphical view of completed inductions. You’ll find the feature in the top menu under Reporting, where you can view statistics for the entire installation. If you prefer, you can also review the same information, content-specifically, from the Reporting tab of the selected content. By choosing your preferred time period, you’ll see the number of completed inductions per month as well as their distribution between passed and failed completions.
- In addition, you can download the generated graph in PNG or PDF format for your own reports or audits. You can also export the completion numbers as an Excel list without personal data.

New features and improvements
- We have updated our Pass service with a new feature. It is now possible to send automatic reminders for renewing expiring induction completions. The reminders are content-specific and can be created from the settings section under “Create reminder.” You can create multiple reminders if needed, or edit and delete existing ones.
