The display also provides information on the room’s future booking situation, on who is using the space, and when. And enables quick ad hoc bookings or the planning of future bookings through the on-screen calendar view.

Free unused bookings automatically

You can enable a feature that automatically frees up the space in case of a no-show. If the meeting is not confirmed on the display within 15 minutes after the scheduled start time, the space will be released and made available for another productive meeting.
