Visitor access control
Take control of visitor access
Let visitors unlock doors, gates, and elevators safely and smoothly with their phone or visitor badge.
We make visitor access as easy as possible—so no one has to escort guests from the front desk or guide them to the right location. With Systam Visit, your guests can move independently to the areas they have access. Locked doors, gates, and elevators open with a personal access code that’s delivered directly to their phone or attached to their visitor badge.
Manage visitor access with Systam Visit
Systam Visit service lets you manage your visitors’ movement within your building – through the doors, gates, and elevators they’re authorized to use. Each guest receives a personal access code automatically via SMS and email, or the host can manually grant access rights upon arrival.
Visitor access control can be used in conjunction with your existing access control system. We integrate with a wide range of solutions, allowing you to manage visitor permissions directly within your familiar environment.
How access control works during a visit
-
Before the visit
-
1Visitors receive a pre-arrival message with instructions—and if needed, an access code for a gate or main entrance.
-
During the visit
-
2Guests sign in at the self-service kiosk and receive a printed or virtual visitor badge, complete with an access code to open needed doors, elevators, or gates.
-
After the visit
-
3Access is automatically revoked once the visitor signs out.
Tailored permissions for all kinds of guests
Visitors popping up frequently? No problem! Whether it’s a client dropping by the office, a colleague from another site, or a maintenance technician heading to the production area, access rules can be tailored for each visitor group. You can also provide clear arrival instructions to help them find their way to the right place without assistance.
Secure access starts before entry
Some visits may require a safety induction before entering the premises. When combined with Systam Pass, you can ensure that visitors complete the necessary training before granting them access. Training completion may be mandatory upon sign-in or before entering restricted zones, such as industrial or logistics areas.
