Everyday work got easier – and visits more seamless
The Systam Visit visitor management service is used in Kiinteistö Oy Multihermia to bring ease and efficiency and to offer flexibility in reception. The solution is also used to sign out visitors. If necessary, this will allow you to retrieve a list of visitors currently present on the property. Systam Visit has been in use at Kiinteistö Oy Multihermia since August 2012.
Systam delivered and implemented the Visit solution at the site in cooperation with the necessary actors and companies. User training for the service was given to each company and to the lobby staff separately. One of the biggest clients of the property is CGI.
The service has worked well and has not required our staff to learn yet another new system. When we moved to the property, we received training from Systam, all the needed information was uploaded to the system and the functional settings were seen through with the supplier. After that, everything has taken care of itself. Contacting Systam has been very easy.
Addition to an occupied front desk
The solution works in addition to the occupied lobby service in the property. The visitor cards created by the service are printed for the lobby staff, where the information is still checked before the card is handed out to the visitor. In the future, lobby staff can use the solution to create cards in advance, for example for larger events, and register visitors as arrivals directly via the solution’s web service. In this way, visitors can be registered at the same time, both as self-service and through the lobby staff.
